1. General Information

Sabes Lash Studio ("we," "our," "us") provides professional eyelash extension services at our studio located in Roseville, CA. These Terms of Service apply to all website visitors, clients, and individuals interacting with our business.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

2.1 Booking Policy

  • All appointments must be scheduled through our official booking system at Vagaro.com/us02/sabeslashstudio.com.

  • A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your appointment.

2.2 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

  • Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the scheduled time) will be charged 50% of the service cost.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may require prepayment for future bookings.

  • Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may be rescheduled or modified to fit the remaining time.

3. Payments & Refunds

3.1 Payment Policy

  • We accept credit/debit cards and digital payments.

  • Full payment is due at the time of service.

3.2 Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final.

  • If you experience a reaction or retention issue within 72 hours of your appointment, please contact us immediately for an assessment. Adjustments or corrections may be offered at our discretion.

4. Client Expectations & Policies

4.1 Lash Preparation & Aftercare

To ensure the best results, clients must:

  • Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes.

  • Avoid oil-based products before and after the service.

  • Follow proper lash aftercare as provided by Sabes Lash Studio.

Failure to follow aftercare may result in poor retention, for which we are not responsible.

4.2 Health & Safety

  • Clients must inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before their appointment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a condition may affect the safety of the procedure.

5. Photography & Marketing

  • By booking a service, you consent to before-and-after photos for documentation and marketing purposes.

  • If you do not wish to have your photos used, please notify us in writing before your appointment.

6. Website Use & Content

6.1 Intellectual Property

All content on www.sabeslashstudio.com including text, images, and branding, is the property of Sabes Lash Studio and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

6.2 Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy or policies of these external sites.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

  • Sabes Lash Studio is not responsible for any adverse reactions to eyelash extension products or improper aftercare.

  • Clients assume full responsibility for their own health and safety regarding lash extension services.

  • Our services are not medical treatments and should not be considered as such.
