2. Appointments & Cancellations

2.1 Booking Policy

A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your appointment.

2.2 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the scheduled time) will be charged 50% of the service cost.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may require prepayment for future bookings.
Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may be rescheduled or modified to fit the remaining time.

3. Payments & Refunds

Full payment is due at the time of service.

3.2 Refunds
