Please note, your card will only be charged if a cancellation, reschedule, or no-show occurs outside our 24-hour policy. No-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. To ensure every client receives the attention they deserve, we allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive beyond this timeframe, your service may need to be adjusted to fit the remaining time or rescheduled. Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes will be considered a no-show, and the full-service amount will be charged. We kindly ask that you plan accordingly to enjoy your complete lash experience.

Your lash extensions are an important part of your beauty routine, and we want to keep them looking flawless. To book a refill appointment, at least 40% of your extensions must remain, and the appointment should be scheduled within 2-3 weeks of your last visit. If it has been over 4 weeks or if there is minimal lash retention, a full set will be required. Proper aftercare is essential for long-lasting, beautiful results, and we’re happy to provide tips to help you maintain your lashes.

To ensure the best retention and a flawless application, please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. This means no mascara, eyeliner, or oily skincare products around the eye area. Residue can affect lash adhesion, leading to poor retention.
